WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
The minimum order amount from our current catalog was 300sqm (5 packages, the unit package was 60sqm/3m in width and 20m in length) if you want to customize your own color, the MOQ should be 600sqm (10 packages).
WHAT IS YOUR CAPACITY?
Our producing capacity was 100,000sqm monthly now but if you have a big order for us, we can expand the capacity accordingly, don't worry.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY SAMPLES?
We could provide our sample for free, but you should pay the postage express charge, we have a very good partner who can delivery samples to the whole world around 2 weeks, and very cheap price, normally 10-20dollars.
DO YOU WORKING WITH 3RD PARTY SUPPLIERS?
No, we never outsource to other 3rd party factories. Our production processes include calendering, laminating & dyeing, cutting, gluing, laminating, bonding, trimming and quality inspection. We are a company that can concentrate on integrated production so that we can improve production efficiency and ensure high-quality stability through centralized planning and production.
DO YOU CUSTOMIZED MY OWN BRAND (OEM SERVICE)?
Yes, we can do OEM production for your own brand.
WHAT KIND OF EXTRA SERVICES YOU CAN PROVIDE ?
Our biggest wish was to satisfy our clients, we could provide the necessary effective support to our clients in any aspect including: color customization, package design, OEM production, sample & catalog delivery, make clients' own catalog, any testing certifications, logistics arrangement etc.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COLOR? IF SO, WHAT IS THE MOQ AND COST?
Yes, we can customize the color you want with the sample you send to us, MOQ was 600sqm, and no extra cost for this service.
WHERE DOES IT SHIP FROM? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
The cargo should be shipped from QingDao, China. And normally the transportation would take as 15day to west America, 30days to east America, Europe 30days, and mid-east 18days by sea.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
We accept payment by T/T wire transfer, letter of credit payment, PayPal and Payoneer.
